Non-smoking | Alcohol & Drug | Noise & Disturbance policy
The entire hotel is strictly non‑smoking. If smoking occurs inside the room or bathroom, a €250 deep‑cleaning fee will be charged, along with the cost of the lost room revenue for the following night. We kindly ask all guests to respect this policy and refrain from smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted only in the garden and on the parking area, where ashtrays are provided.
The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel. Excessive alcohol consumption that results in nuisance, unsafe behaviour, or damage will not be tolerated. The hotel reserves the right to deny access, remove guests from the premises, or charge additional cleaning or damage fees in the event of a violation.
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we ask everyone to keep noise to a minimum at all times, particularly during night hours (between 10pm and 7am). Excessive noise, including loud music, parties in rooms, or disturbances in hallways, is not permitted. Repeated or serious disturbances may result in the immediate termination of the stay without refund.
